The fire extinguisher cabinets can store 2-3 portable fire extinguishers including most 5Kg CO2 models. Ideal for use on or offshore. It can fit fire extinguishers up to a maximum height of 750mm.
These cabinets are manufactured using Lloyds approved composites including UV resistant gelcoats to provide long lasting protection in even the harshest environments. This is backed up with an excellent IP rating of 56. It has both Lloyds and ABS approvals.
The design features a 10mm thick door and with the deep return around the aperture, is also very rigid. This is fitted with a high quality EPDM seal to help achieve the superb ingress protection rating. The 316 Stainless steel hinges are secured with 316 stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers for superb durability.
The door can be specified with left or right hinging and features a Rotary Graphite nylon/stainless steel handle featuring Biomaster (R) technology and ensures fast access in an emergency even when wearing gloves. This can also be fitted with an anti-tamper seal.
The cabinet can be fitted with optional posts for use outdoors where it cannot be wall or bulkhead mounted
